Floor and Wall Guys Inc. (“we,” “us”) is a room transformation company serving Montgomery and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect through floorandwallguys.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill out a form on our site, we receive what you enter. On the design consultation form, that is your name, phone number, email address, town, the room you are thinking about, the kind of work you have in mind, your budget range, any photos you choose to upload, and how you found us. If you use our rebuild request form, we also receive the details you share about the room being rebuilt after water damage or another loss, including any insurance claim information you choose to include. If you contact us as a business about working together, we receive your company and contact details.

What you tell us directly. When you call, text or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can respond and, if we work together, run your project.

What our site records automatically. Like most websites, ours collects basic technical information when you visit: your browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and an approximate location based on your IP address. This comes from cookies and similar technology used by our website platform (Wix) and by Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To answer your request, schedule your design consultation and prepare your written proposal.

• To plan, schedule and carry out your project, and to stay in touch while it is underway.

• To follow up after a consultation or a finished project, including a check-in to see how the room is holding up. You can tell us at any time that you’d rather not hear from us.

• To understand how people use our site so we can make it clearer and more useful.

• To keep the records a contractor is required to keep, including those that support our two-year workmanship warranty.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request or your project. If you’d rather we didn’t text, tell us and we’ll stop.

Project photos and reviews

We photograph finished rooms to show our work on this site. We only publish photos of your home with your permission, and we identify projects by town, never by your name or street address. If you leave us a review on Google, we may quote it on our site with your name as it appears on Google. If you’d like a photo or review taken down, contact us and we will remove it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share only what’s needed with:

• The companies that run our tools: Wix, which hosts our site and stores form submissions; Google, which provides site analytics; and Zoho, which provides our email. Each handles your information under its own privacy terms.

• The crew assigned to your project. They receive your name, address and contact details so they can do the work.

• Your insurance company or adjuster, on rebuild projects, when you ask us to work with them.

• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find us. It uses cookies and does not give us your name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our site will still work without them.

How long we keep it

If we don’t end up working together, we keep your inquiry only as long as it’s useful for following up, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. If we do work together, we keep project records, photos and invoices for as long as we need them for your warranty, our taxes and our legal obligations.

How we protect it

Your information is stored with the service providers above, behind password-protected accounts, and only our team can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care, and we never ask for payment card numbers through our website.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to keep.

Children

Our site is meant for homeowners and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
