HOW WE FINISH IT
Three contractors, three schedules, nobody owning the result.
The usual way a room gets renovated is a flooring company, then a painter, then someone for the trim. Each does their part competently. Nobody is responsible for whether the finished room works.
So the trim gets replaced before the floor goes in and has to be cut again. The paint is chosen before the flooring arrives and fights it. The paneling installer leaves the caulking to the painter, who was never told. Every handoff is a gap.
When one crew plans all of it, the sequence is right, the materials are chosen against each other, and there is one person to call. That is the practical reason our rooms hold together.
RECENT WORK
Whole rooms we have finished nearby.
WHAT IT COSTS
Most whole-room transformations land in the Transform band, $9,000 to $22,000.
Room size, ceiling height, material grade and whether trim is replaced or worked around are what move it within that range. Multiple connected rooms move into Elevated.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you call.
For a single room, no. We contain dust, protect the routes through your home, and clean up every evening. For multi-room projects we phase the work so you always have somewhere to live.
That happens and it is fine. Anything outside the signed scope is priced in writing and approved by you before we do it, never a surprise on the final invoice.
Yes, and for whole-home projects it is often the smart approach. We plan materials across every phase up front so room three still matches room one.
The owner walks the finished room with you and hands you a pad of blue tape. Tape anything you want looked at. Every item is logged, done at no charge, and closed within five business days.
Every job is run by one project manager, installed by one crew, so no down time between trades, no surprise change orders without notice, no cleanup left for you.
