RESTORATION REBUILDS
The drying company has been and gone. The wet drywall is out, the floor is gone, and you’re standing in a room down to the studs wondering who puts it back.
That’s us. We come in after the drying is done and rebuild the room — drywall, flooring, trim and paint, one crew from start to finish.
WHERE WE START AND STOP
We come in after the drying is done.
Your mitigation company extracts the water, dries the structure, and removes what cannot be saved. When they pull their equipment out and the room is dry, that is when we arrive.
We do not do water extraction, mold remediation, structural work or emergency response. If your room is still wet, you need a mitigation company first. Call us the day they finish.
What a rebuild includes
Drywall — hung, taped, finished and primed
Flooring — LVP, hardwood or tile on a tested substrate
Trim and casing — baseboard, door casing, window trim
Paint — walls, ceiling, trim, two coats
Four trades. One crew. One project manager. You have already been handed off once. You will not be handed off again.
THE FINE PRINT
How this works with your insurance
We work from a settled claim. Once your carrier has agreed what they’re paying, we come out, walk the room, and give you one itemized written scope with a fixed price. You’ll be able to see exactly what your settlement covers and what it doesn’t.
What we don’t do is get in the middle of your claim. We don’t write estimates for adjusters, we don’t negotiate scope or pricing with your carrier, and we don’t take payment directly from them. You’ve already been through enough back-and-forth on numbers. Our number doesn’t move once it’s written.
When we’re done you’ll get the photo record, the itemized scope and the final invoice — which is usually what your carrier wants before they release the rest.
If your claim is still open, call us the day it settles. We’ll get you on the schedule then.
WHILE THE ROOM IS OPEN
Since the room is already open
Your insurance pays to put the room back the way it was. Anything better than that, you’d cover the difference on — but the difference is a lot smaller than you’d think, because the floor is already out, the trim is already off, and we’re already here.
Plenty of people come out of this with a room they like better than the one they lost. If that interests you, say so at the walkthrough and we’ll price both.
We will price the insurance scope and the upgrade separately, so you can see exactly what the settlement covers and what the difference cost.

Here's a rebuild where an owner upgraded
The homeowner took the opportunity to replace the dated popcorn ceiling with a smooth drywall finish, and upgraded her carpet to luxury vinyl plank throughout the dining and living rooms.

RECENT WORK
Rebuilds we have completed.
Rooms we put back after water and
fire damage.
BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOU
What we’re not right for
A single wall, a ceiling stain, a patch where a pipe was accessed, or one room of carpet swapped out is smaller work than we take on. We’d rather tell you now than waste your afternoon. Ask and we’ll usually know who it should be.
Every job is run by one project manager, installed by one crew, so no down time between trades, no surprise change orders without notice, no cleanup left for you.
REBUILD REQUEST
These are different questions from our design consultation form. On a rebuild the funding is usually already decided.
