HOW IT WORKS

Eight stages, from the first phone call to the thirty-day check-in. No mystery, no waiting a week to hear back, no surprise change orders halfway through.

01

Lead intake

You call or send the form. During business hours a person calls you back within five minutes.

02

Qualification

A short conversation to confirm we are the right crew. If we are not, we say so and point you elsewhere.

03

Design Consultation

45 to 75 minutes in the room. We measure, check moisture, and bring samples to view in your own light.

04

Design & Selections

Flooring first, then trim, then wall treatment, then color. Each choice constrains the next, which is why the order matters.

05

Proposal

Itemized scope, named products, timeline and a fixed price. Within two business days, walked through on a call.

06

Production

One crew, daily updates, site swept every evening. Nothing outside the signed scope without a written change order.

07

Closeout

We walk the finished room with you and a pad of blue tape. Punch list closed within five business days.

08

Follow-up

Care guide, labeled leftover stock, and a check-in at thirty days to make sure everything settled the way it should.

BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOU

We’ve narrowed to full room transformations, and that means turning some work away. We don’t do flooring or drywall repair as standalone jobs, handyman punch lists, or labor-only installs where the material was bought elsewhere. We don’t do commercial or multi-family volume work.

We’d rather tell you that now than waste your afternoon. If it’s not us, ask and we’ll usually know who it should be.

Rooms that need rebuilding after water or fire damage are different — that’s whole-room work and we can help you restore your space, once the drying is finished.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions we get asked most.

  • Not as standalone work. We’ve narrowed to full room transformations, so we decline flooring and drywall repair and handyman punch lists. We do rebuild whole rooms after water or fire damage once the drying is complete.

  • A single-surface refresh usually takes two to four days on site. A full room transformation takes one to two weeks. Multiple rooms are phased and scheduled around your family.

  • Usually, yes, and it’s agreed in writing before the start date. Clear personal items and anything breakable, and we handle the rest.

  • Yes. The proposal names every product, and the price includes it. We don’t take labor-only installs where the material was bought elsewhere, because if something is wrong with it there is no way for us to make it right.

  • We walk the room with you, measure, check the subfloor and moisture, and bring samples to view against your existing floor and trim in your own light. It takes 45 to 75 minutes. Bring any photos you have saved.

  • Anything outside the signed scope is priced in writing and approved by you before we do it. Never a surprise on the final invoice.

  • Our workmanship is covered for two years from completion, plus the manufacturer warranty on every product we supply. Normal wear and tear isn’t covered. You get the written warranty documents at closeout.

Every job is run by one project manager, installed by one crew, so no down time between trades, no surprise change orders without notice, no cleanup left for you.

BUDGET RANGE

We ask because it saves us both an afternoon. Most single-room transformations land between $4,000 - $8,000. Knowing roughly where you are helps us bring the right samples.
